Hello AISD Teachers!
AISD will participate this year in a district-wide goal to
introduce every student and teacher in AISD to an “Hour of Code” and be part of
the goal to reach 100 million students by the end of 2014.
What is the Hour of Code?
The Hour of Code is a one-hour introduction to computer science,
designed to demystify code and show that anybody can learn basic coding skills. Check out the tutorials.
When is the Hour of Code?
Anybody can host an Hour of Code anytime, but the grassroots
campaign goal is for tens of millions of students to try an Hour of Code
during December 8-14, 2014, in celebration of Computer Science
Education Week. We are asking everyone to pick your own time to do an
Hour of Code. You can start today if you like!
How do I participate in an Hour of Code?
